[好评]: -drive us safely to our destination -very good tour guide luyi, explained to us in detail every destination we are heading to, great knowledge sharing of Europe history and her life experiences, grateful to have her to guide us, very enjoyable 9 days tour all thanks to her -luyi carefully planned our meal, very delicious meal she recommend to our tour. Especially the one when we booked a full boat river cruise with super delicious buffet lunch. -we had another tour guide to bring us around in prague/czech, he is also very good! Love his detailed explanation.

[差评]: -driver always gets angry, we even had to wait for him outside on a rainy windy day for 30min, no apologies given. -always gets angry for no reason, sighing loudly, he can just tell us properly what's his issues were instead of having an attitude! -did not communicate to us properly or tell us any rule in the bus, just threw my water bottle away that I kept inside the bus (pockets behind the seat) -window curtain fall off and he blame us for damaging it, but we didn't do anything, the curtain just fall off - hotel got no proper bus lane parking? He had to drop us quite far away until we have to pull our luggage uphill -previous bus tour (using flix bus), got charger port and WiFi on board, this bus got nothing.
